Job Description: We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Caller / Sales Executive to join our digital marketing sales team. Candidates with prior experience in digital marketing sales will be highly preferred. However, professionals with calling experience in loan, finance, credit card, insurance, pharma/medicine products, or service sales are also encouraged to apply. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, explaining digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients for digital marketing services

● Handle inbound calls and follow up on warm leads

● Explain company services such as SEO, SMO, PPC, Website & Online Marketing

● Identify client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions

● Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

● Maintain call records, follow-ups, and client details in CRM

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills & Experience:

● 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales

● Experience in Digital Marketing Sales will be a strong advantage

● Candidates from Finance, Loan, Credit Card, Insurance, Pharma, or Service Sales background can also apply

● Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

● Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities

● Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Email handling)
