Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Fresher) to join our dynamic team at Walmond Realty Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn about the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain company services and real estate offerings.

• Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Handle basic queries and direct complex inquiries to senior team members.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients at all times.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Excel is a plus.

• Willingness to build a career in sales and real estate.
