The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for calling prospective and existing customers, generating leads, fixing showroom visits/test rides, and supporting the sales team to improve conversions and customer engagement.
Make outbound calls to enquiries received from walk-ins, digital platforms, and referrals
Explain vehicle features, offers, finance options, and exchange schemes over call
Schedule showroom visits, test rides, and follow-up calls
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and remarks in CRM/Excel
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate serious concerns when required
Support festive campaigns, special offers, and lead reactivation drives
Coordinate with sales executives for lead handover and closures
