Job Title: Telecaller HR – Delivery Partner Hiring & Onboarding

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹6,000 to 9,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives per successful joining

Location: In-person

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic HR Telecaller who will be responsible for hiring and onboarding delivery partners for various companies

(like Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.). You will handle the entire process—from calling interested candidates to processing their basic documents and confirming their joining.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates interested in delivery boy/delivery partner roles.

Clearly explain the job details: salary, incentives, bike/license requirement, working hours & company guidelines.

Check eligibility (Bike, License, Aadhaar, PAN, Smartphone, etc.).

Collect and update candidate details in the tracker.

Coordinate onboarding steps with the company partner team (documentation, joining date, location assignment).

Follow up till the candidate successfully joins.

Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

Maintain records and update Excel/Google Sheet daily.

Required Skills

Any Graduate

Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred (Freshers also welcome).

Confident in calling and convincing candidates.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.
