Position Title: Outbound Telecaller Job Description: Vahan mein Delivery Partner Onboarding Executive ki zarurat hai jo Blinkit Delivery Partner onboarding ka kaam sambhalega. Aapko candidates ko call karna hoga, unko job ke baare mein batana hoga, aur unki registration process mein madad karni hogi. Key Responsibilities: ●Hum aapko daily 200 leads denge. ● Aapko 200 candidates ko call karna hoga aur rozana 4-5 onboardings karni hongi. ● Candidates se baat karni hai aur unko Blinkit Delivery Boy ka kaam explain karna hai. ● Agar candidate interested hai, to usko guide karna hai Blinkit Delivery Partner App Play Store se download karne ke liye aur registration process complete karvani hai. ● Registration ke baad candidate delivery ka kaam start kar sakta hai. ● Daily follow-up aur tracking maintain karni hai. ● Training hamare taraf se diya jayega. Salary & Payout Structure: Fixed Saraly 6500+Incentive (WFH) Calling -200+Call per day Min.- 2 Activation Per Day Min 10F20 Per Month

F20 – Customer who completes 20 rides/deliveries after ID activation F50 – Customer who completes 50 rides/deliveries after ID activation ● Hindi mein achha communication (English aata ho to plus point) ● Smartphone aur basic apps ka knowledge hona chahiye ● Apna smartphone aur internet connection hona zaruri hai ● Target oriented aur self-motivated hona chahiye
