We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with artists, explaining the USICLY platform, and assisting them with profile creation and onboarding.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to artists.

- Explain the features and benefits of the USICLY platform.

- Guide artists through the profile creation process.

- Follow up with interested artists.

- Maintain daily call records and updates.

- Build positive relationships with artists.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
