Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and lead generation:

  Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, explain features, and generate leads. 

• Customer service:

  Handle inbound calls to provide information, answer customer questions, and resolve issues. 

• Call management:

  Follow scripts, manage high call volumes, and use telephone equipment or automated dialing systems. 

• Data management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information, and document feedback in a database or CRM system. 

• Reporting:

  Provide call analysis and observations to team leads and follow organizational guidelines and policies.
