Job Role: Tele Caller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Najafgarh Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
⦁ 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
⦁ Prior tele-calling or customer service experience is an advantage
Salary: 18,000-20,000
Responsibilities:
⦁ Make outbound calls to potential students, parents, and working professionals regarding hostel accommodation.
⦁ Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about facilities, pricing, and availability.
⦁ Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
⦁ Assist callers with check-in/check-out procedures, admission formalities, and room allocation details.
⦁ Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries politely and professionally.
⦁ Coordinate with hostel management for updates on room vacancies and ongoing promotions.
⦁ Record feedback from customers and share insights to improve service quality.
⦁ Achieve daily/weekly call targets and booking conversion goals.
Required Skills:
⦁ Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
⦁ Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
⦁ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).
⦁ Ability to handle high call volume and maintain professionalism.
⦁ Good convincing and follow-up skills.
