Job Description

TourMate is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
Explain tour packages, pricing, itineraries, and services to customers.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
Experience in telecalling, sales, travel, tourism, or customer support will be preferred.
