Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Thirumala Makers & Marketers. We are hiring in the Hindi speaking and experienced candidate, customer-oriented sales include promote & sell our products and services where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer inquiries. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. Report on daily and monthly basis

Languages:  Hindi, English, Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about the products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase.

• Responsible for managing a list of contacts, making cold calls and following up on leads.

• To understand customer requirements, engaging with potential & existing customer via phone.

• Keep record of every customer interaction.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
