Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to join our team at Gaama Research Pvt Ltd. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Working Shift: Day only

Salary: 10k-20k + Incentive

Location: 109 E.D. SCHEEME NO.94 ., Between Robot Square and Khajrana Square, Indore

Work schedule: 6 days a week

Office Timings:

·       Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

·       1st & 3rd Saturday: 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM

·       4th Saturday: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

·       2nd Saturday and all Sundays: Off

·       Dress Code: Formal (Monday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
