Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Handle inbound queries and follow-up calls.

• Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.

• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Maintain daily call logs and update customer records.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Fluent in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.

• Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
