JOB OPENING – TELECALLER

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote Tally Software, TSS Renewal, Upgrades & Services
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Tally solutions
• Maintain customer data and call records
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Knowledge of Tally Prime will be an advantage
• Confident and positive attitude
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
