Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Taurus Shelter. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining various loan and credit card products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and target-driven performance. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.

• Explain different loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.) and credit card options.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful applications.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales team and backend team for documentation and processing.

• Ensure compliance with banking/financial regulations and KYC guidelines.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

  • Excellent communication (Hindi/English/regional language).

  • Good persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Basic knowledge of loan and credit card products (training can be provided).

  • Comfortable working with sales targets.

  • Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
