Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products from our offerings.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into orders.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing and client updates.
Handle objections and provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
