Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle phone calls to promote products and services.

• Respond to customer queries and provide timely support and resolution.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.

• Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor with clients.

• Achieve individual performance targets related to calls and conversions.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer support.

· Strong verbal communication skills in English.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.

· Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

· Capable of handling multiple inquiries and follow-ups.

· Time management and organizational skills. The role requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Good to have

· Experience in the Finance or Investment sector.

· Understanding of Early Equity Shares or Pre-IPO investment products.

· Prior experience in sales-driven environments.
