We are looking for a proactive, confident, and well-spoken Telecalling Executive to join our boutique jewellery showroom. The role involves customer calling, invitation activity, and supporting the in-store sales team when needed.

✨ Job Responsibilities
📞 1. Telecalling & Customer Engagement
• Call existing and potential customers from our database
• Inform customers about new collections, offers, promotions, and exhibitions
• Invite customers to visit the showroom and maintain proper follow-up
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records
🏬 2. In-Store Support
• Assist the sales team when customers visit the store
• Show products, explain designs, price, purity, and features
• Help maintain displays and presentation of jewellery
• Support billing, customer coordination, and basic store operations
🗂️ 3. Administrative & Backend Work
• Update customer data, follow-up notes, and enquiry records
• Coordinate with the team for marketing events and customer outreach
• Assist with basic computer work and store documentation

📌 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Telugu / Hindi; English is a plus)
• Pleasant voice, confident talking style, and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, data entry)
• Ability to multitask between calling and in-store activities
• Prior telecalling or jewellery retail experience is a plus
• Female candidates preferred (as per boutique norms)
