We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Stg Journey India Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and business partners.
· Introduce the company's B2B travel services, including Corporate Travel, MICE, Hotel Bookings, Flight Bookings, and Holiday Packages.
· Understand client requirements and offer suitable travel solutions.
· Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
· Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
· Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in the CRM/Excel.
· Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team to ensure seamless client servicing.
Achievedaily,weekly,andmonthlybusinesstargets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
