Telesales Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, present financial products (Insurance/Credit Cards), and drive sales growth. 📋 Job Responsibilities

• Call Leads: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided premium databases.

• Pitch Financial Products: Explain features, benefits, and long-term value of insurance policies or premium credit cards.

• Understand Customer Needs: Assess customer requirements and financial goals to recommend the most suitable coverage or card products.

• Close Sales: Convince customers, handle product-specific objections, and guide them smoothly through the verification and purchase process.

• Maintain Records: Update customer details, call logs, and sales statuses accurately in the CRM tracker.

🛠 Key Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, convincing power, and active listening.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).

• Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, credit cards, or insurance sales is preferred (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).

Attributes: High energy, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection positively.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).

⏰ Work Schedule & Timing

• Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Working Days: 6 days a week.

• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off.

🏖 Leave Policy

• First 3 Months: Probation period with zero paid leaves allowed.

• Post 3 Months: Eligible for 1 paid leave for every completed month of service.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
