Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Brokrage Firm – Share Market)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 (Depending on Experience & Interview)

Experience Required:
🔹 Minimum 6 month of experience in a Share Market/Brokerage firm.

Job Responsibilities:
-Achieve individual targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
-Motivate and guide team members to meet individual and team goals.
-Monitor daily activities and provide regular feedback to team.
-Resolve client issues/escalations promptly and efficiently.
-Coordinate with management for strategy planning and execution.

Candidate Profile:
-Must have minimum 6 month of experience in a Share Market/Brokerage firm. (MANDATORY) Freshers can also apply.
-Good knowledge of share market, trading, demat account, and brokerage operations.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
