Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Achhi communication skills honi chahiye (Hindi fluently + basic English samajhni aani chahiye)
Convincing and negotiation skills
customer ko convince karne aur deal close karne ki ability honi chahiye
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Basic computer knowledge hona chahiye (MS Excel aur CRM tools ka basic use aana chahiye)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
ositive attitude ke saath kaam kare aur target achieve karne ka mindset ho
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
