Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

•Explain company products/services and generate leads.

•Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

•Follow up with customers for sales, feedback, and updates.

•Maintain customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.

•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

•Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.
