Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to connect with potential donors, volunteers, and stakeholders. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing information about our initiatives, and encouraging support for our cause.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective donors, sponsors, and volunteers
Clearly communicate the NGO’s mission, programs, and impact
Encourage donations, event participation, and volunteer sign-ups
Maintain and update call records in the database/CRM
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and empathetic tone
Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum [12th pass / Graduate]
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English required; additional languages a plus)
Persuasive and empathetic personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
