Telecalling Executive

• Answer incoming calls from patients, relatives, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, health checkup promotions, and patient follow-ups.

• Provide accurate information on hospital services, doctors' availability, consultation timings, and charges.

• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as per patient request and hospital policy.

• Coordinate with various departments (OPD, diagnostics, billing, etc.) for seamless patient service.

• Maintain records of calls and update patient information in the hospital management system.

• Handle patient complaints or escalate them to the concerned department if needed.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information as per hospital protocols.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality benchmarks.
