Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products/services, and generating sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling process.
Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
