Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass

Prior experience minimum 1 year in debt recovery / BPO / telecalling on NPA and above cases ( not soft calling for early buckets)

Good communication and persuasion skills (in basic English, Hindi)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations as we expect to allocate higher buckets to the callers.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

DRA certified if possible ( that would be advantage)

Work Environment

Work from office

Shift timings may vary on a circular basis as decided by Collekt managers (between morning 8 am to evening 7 pm slots but work hours will remain same).
