We are looking for a motivated ( Solar Telecalling Executive) to contact potential customers, explain solar energy solutions, and generate leads for our sales team. The role involves communicating clearly, answering customer questions, and scheduling appointments for solar consultations.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain solar panel systems, benefits, and cost savings in a simple way
Identify customer interest and generate qualified leads
Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and customer information
Follow up with interested customers
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Good communication skills in local language and basic English
Basic knowledge of solar energy (training will be provided)
Confidence and polite phone manner
Ability to handle customer questions and objections
Basic computer or mobile handling skills
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Experience in solar or energy sector (optional)
