Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• 0–6 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

• Persuasive communication and active listening skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
