About the Role
Roxy Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Specialist to strengthen retailer engagement and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for contacting retailers, promoting company products, generating sales orders over the phone, and coordinating with the order processing team to ensure timely execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Generation
Contact existing and potential retailers through outbound calls.
Promote Roxy Group products, offers, schemes, and new launches.
Understand retailer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate sales orders and accurately record order details.
Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and pending requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Address retailer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery status.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Order Coordination
Verify order details before submission.
Forward confirmed orders to the Order Processing Department.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and dispatch status.
Follow up on order fulfillment and resolve order-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call logs and sales reports.
Update CRM/ERP records accurately.
Track order conversion rates and retailer engagement.
Submit periodic performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
Intermediate, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in tele sales, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
Experience in automotive spare parts, lubricants, or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP, CRM systems).
Ability to handle multiple retailer interactions efficiently.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
