We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to make outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product or service features clearly and accurately
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
