Job Description – Business Development Executive

Company: RAS Foirne HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Baner, Pune

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Saturday half day)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients for recruitment, staffing, and payroll services.

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and professional networking platforms.

• Promote the company's HR and recruitment services to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to understand client requirements.

• Prepare and maintain lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.
