Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through field visits, travel agents, corporates, local businesses, and digital platforms.

• Identify potential clients for stay packages, day outings, and membership plans.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Sales & Client Conversion

• Explain resort offerings, pricing, packages, and benefits clearly.

• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, or site visits for clients.

• Negotiate rates and close deals as per guidelines.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel partners, event planners, and regular guests.

• Follow up with old clients for repeat and referral business.

• Handle client queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.

4. Market Research & Promotion

• Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality/travel sector.

• Promote seasonal offers, corporate tie-ups, and wedding/event packages.

• Track competitor pricing and market trends.

5. Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with reservations, front office, and events teams for smooth bookings.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Maintain sales reports, client database, and payment follow-ups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of sales experience (hotel/resort/tourism preferred).

• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
