Telecalling Executive

We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive to support our Ready-Mix Concrete business by connecting with contractors, builders, and consultants, generating enquiries, and fixing appointments for the field sales team. This is a Work From Home role for candidates based in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products.
• Generate enquiries and schedule meetings for the Sales Engineer/field team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
• Build rapport with clients and provide basic information about our services.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth lead handling.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.

Job Requirements:
• Strong communication in English & Tamil.
• Pleasant phone etiquette and confidence in client interaction.
• Preferably from a civil/technical or sales background.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills.
