Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.
Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
Qualifications
Any Degree or Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Tamil communication skills are essential; basic English communication is preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in sales.
