We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to bring their BPO expertise to our team at PEOPLE INTERACTIVE I PRIVATE LIMITED in Bangalore, 1st Block Koramangala. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹35000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
