We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at The Xpress Club . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls karna to potential customers for promoting holiday memberships.
• Customer inquiries ko politely handle karna aur accurate product formation provide karna.
• Leads par regular follow-up karna aur sales conversion achiev karna.
• CRM/Excel me customer data & call logs update rakhna.
• Customer feedback collect karna and management ko report karna.
• Daily/weekly sales & calling targets achieve karna.
• Product & offers ke updates ke saath apna knowledge refresh rakhna.

• Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months telecalling / telesales ka experience preferred (fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain).
• Good communication skills (Hindi

Gujarati / Basic / English).

Confident, persuasive aur result-oriented personality.

Basic computer skills & MS Excel knowledge.
