Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally

• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

• Maintain call records and customer data accurately

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the sales or support team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Pleasant voice and confident speaking style

• Ability to convince and handle customer objections

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and calling software

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Ability to work in a target-based environment
