Skills and Qualifications
● Fresher or 1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans
● Ability to learn, be determined, and fulfil weekly/monthly targets
● Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
● Basic communication (English + Hindi/Telugu) spoken.
