JOB OVERVIEW

Chicco Interiors is hiring a high-performance Tele Calling Executive for luxury interior sales across villas, high-end apartments, and bespoke residences. The role demands strong design-led selling skills to engage HNI and premium clients from first call to quotation closure.
You will be the first brand touchpoint, delivering a luxury client experience through polished English communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain Chicco Interiors’ interior design services clearly and confidently.

·        Generate qualified leads through tele calling and follow up on leads provided by the company to drive conversions.

·        Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

·        Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, and client interactions to support sales closure.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Strong background in Interior Design lead generation

• Basic Computer Literacy

• Languages: Good Hindi and Excellent English communication is mandatory
