Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Vodafone Idea sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, promoting Vodafone Idea products and services, generating sales leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Inform customers about Vodafone Idea postpaid, prepaid, SIM upgrades, and special offers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
