Telecalling – B2B Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven B2B Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls with dealers, distributors, and business clients. The role focuses on lead generation, follow-ups, and sales coordination to support the B2B sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Explain company products, schemes, and offers clearly to B2B customers.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for order processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close discussions professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, or reporting tools is an advantage.
