Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our institute. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course offerings, generating admissions, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact and follow up with leads provided by the institute.
· Explain course details, curriculum, fee structure, and batch schedules to prospective students.
· Counsel students over the phone and convert data into inquiries.
· Maintain and update lead data in CRM/software.
· Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to close admissions.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly Walkin targets.
· Coordinate with the counselling and operations team for smooth enrollment.
· Follow up on pending leads and maintain proper communication records.
· Participate in promotional campaigns and admission drives.
Qualifications & Experience:
· HSC or Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Tele Marketing / Education Sales.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred).
· Convincing and negotiation skills.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
· Good listening and persuasion skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary & Benefits:
· Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
