Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join Nettech India. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams for lead conversion.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide post-sales follow-up when required.

• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Hindi and English proficiency; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up processes.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000-28000
