Job Title:

Part-Time Telecaller – Payment Recovery (Female, WFH)

Industry: Machine Equipment Rental
Job Type: Part-Time | Work From Home (office visit: 2 hrs every 10 days)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Gender: Female (Homemakers/Mothers preferred)
Working Hours: 1–2 hrs/day (between 10 AM – 7 PM), Mon–Sat
Must Have: Laptop, MS Excel, English email writing, good communication, Internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to recover overdue payments

• Send emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up calls

• Maintain polite, firm communication

• Update payment status in Excel

• Coordinate with the accounts team

• Collect weekly logsheets from operators via WhatsApp

• Share daily/weekly recovery reports
