Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to join our fitness equipment sales team. If talking to customers, closing deals, and following up feels like a good workout to you—this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, and inquiries
Explain gym equipment products, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain daily call reports and lead status
Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for smooth order processing
Handle basic customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is a plus)
Basic knowledge of telesales or customer calling
Ability to work with targets and daily follow-ups
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

Experience: Fresher or experienced (both can apply)
Location: Office-based
Salary: As per experience + incentives
