We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller / Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for pre-sales and post-sales support. The role involves calling existing and new customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Pre-Sales Activities
Call existing and new customers to introduce company products/services
Understand customer needs and explain suitable offerings
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team
Post-Sales Activities
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
Handle basic customer queries, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain long-term relationships with customers
General Duties
Maintain accurate call records and customer data
Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
Provide regular reports to the supervisor
Maintain professional communication and company image
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience as a tele caller / telesales executive is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling software)
Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and convincing skills
Ability to work from office and meet targets
