The role involves professional outbound calling to healthcare professionals and institutions to generate and qualify leads. This is not a direct sales role; the focus is on communication, coordination, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Briefly introduce the company’s research services
Generate and qualify potential leads
Schedule appointments for the Business Development team
Maintain call records and update lead details in Excel/CRM
Conduct follow-ups as required
