Key Responsibilities:

• Collection Management:

• Oversee and manage the collection process, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of donations and financial contributions.

• Donor Interaction:

• Communicate with donors and supporters through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

• Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of collections, process receipts, and generate reports for tracking and auditing purposes.

• Follow-Up:

• Coordinate follow-up efforts for outstanding donations and maintain regular communication with previous and potential donors to ensure consistency in collections.

• Financial Handling:

• Ensure the safe handling and timely deposit of collected funds, following the center's financial guidelines and policies.

• Problem Resolution:

• Address any discrepancies or concerns raised by donors, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance and program teams to align collections with ongoing initiatives and program needs.
