Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to boost our sales through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with a proven ability to close deals over the phone.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language – specify as needed].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Previous experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.

• Goal-oriented and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Pitch products/services persuasively and handle objections effectively

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with the sales team for campaign planning and performance improvement
