Job description:

Re-engage and convert abandoned or dormant leads from existing CRM databases

Drive repeat purchases and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers

Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Zirakpur and surrounding territory

Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, visits, and digital channels

Accurately maintain sales records, call logs, and customer data in the CRM

Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the management team

Adhere to all company compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager
